Fees charged by CVPS ( Canada Visa Professional Services ) for Consultations with lawyers or licensed Immigration practitioners at CVPS are non-refundable.

If a lawyer or licensed immigration professional is retained by the client, the client must agree to the specific terms and conditions with that.
Lawyer or Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant - RCIC, including refund policies, agreed between the parties which are laid out in the Retainer Agreement signed by both parties.

Upon cancelation of our services by our client, the client is eligible for a refund based on policies and terms of the signed retainer agreement and will be issued a refund within 90 days upon confirmation in writing from CVPS about the refund.

Communications between you and CVPS are protected by our Privacy Policy but not by the attorney-client privilege or as work product.
